You will receive the corresponding deletion certificates for each individual hard disk directly afterwards and the storage systems can be directly dismantled and sold or returned to the respective leasing company.
The certificate provides legally binding information about the duration of the data deletion, the time of data deletion and the serial number of the deleted hard disk. In addition, the certificate names the manufacturer, the model and also the size of the deleted hard disk, as well as the standard of the overwriting process, i.e. the deletion. The certificate exempts you and your company from personal liability in case of data misuse in accordance with the law.
