The operator is walked through it.

Each check names what it is testing and why, then records a pass or a fail against the device. Nothing depends on the operator remembering the order or knowing the model.

Devices are cabled to a controller and processed together rather than one after another — the same parallel principle as the drive rack, at bench scale.

Handsets are cabled to a controller and run in parallel. The operator moves between devices as each one asks for the next confirmation, rather than waiting out one device before starting the next.

A wipe certificate for every handset.

Blackbelt360 records device and process data during the wipe and writes it to your dashboard. From there you can export a CSV, produce a PDF certificate of completion, or take an XML output straight into your own host systems — stored wherever you choose. Data transfer by API and report push is available too.
